DONNA ARNDT - DIRECTOR OF COACHING
Donna is one of the four owners of REMAX and is now titled as the Chief Managing Officer, but her sales career did not begin in real estate. In fact, Donna first began her sales career selling cheese balls (yes, cheese balls). She began her real estate career in 1983 with Century 21. She was there for 15 years, and then moved to REIT (Real Estate Investment Trust) as a Portfolio Manager and loved the job! During this time Donna traveled all around and said she was gone so much that her dog didn't even recognize her anymore!
In 2001 Donna was recruited by REMAX, leading her to where she is today. Her designations include: Certified Broker Manager, Certified Relocation Director, Certified Negotiation Expert, Certified Residential Appraiser and Certified Professional Coach (graduated from Coach Training Alliance). Donna’s degree is from University of Maryland where she majored in Business and Psychology. She is also married with two kids!
Shawn Anen is a REALTOR® with Better Homes&Gardens, Rand Realty, formally Preakness Realty in Wayne, New Jersey. He's been a full time Realtor since 2003 and has closed nearly 300 homes worth $165,000,000 in total sales volume! He is a lifelong Passaic County resident, having grown up in Totowa and resides now in Wayne with his wife Debra and 2 sons, Shawn Jr. and Kyle James. Shawn works with both buyers and sellers. His clientele ranges from first time home buyers to downsizers, NFL players & coaches, single parents to newlyweds and all those in between. His focus is delivering high quality service to customers through his enthusiasm, positive outlook, experience, knowledge, communication skills, and persistence. He assures all of his sellers 'Top Dollar' in the shortest amount of time and ensures his buyers will get the 'Best Deal' possible!
Tommy Webber is a co-owner and associate broker at ERA Skyline Real Estate. A third generation realtor, Tommy is personally responsible for and closely involved in the day-to-day operation of each aspect of the business. He takes great pride in his affiliation with the ERA organization and the opportunity to carry on the family tradition of real estate excellence. He works hard to represent each client and property with personal responsibility, deep commitment, high energy, and exceptional service. Tommy is a national real estate coach for Jared James Enterprises. He is a member of the national, state, and local association of realtors. He attended Weber State University, is a charter member of the ERA Young Leader's Network, and currently sits on the Ogden-Weber Applied Technology College Employer advisory team. He is an avid golfer and sports enthusiast. He speaks Portuguese and has a love for the country of Brazil and its culture. He and his wife, Annie, have 3 children.
Mark Maniha is a Realtor/Broker in Houston, Texas. His achievements arewas named in the Top 50 Realtors in the Nation under 30 by Realtor Magazine as well as the top 250 Realtors in 2011, 2012, and 2013. Since 2009 he has grown one of the most successful teams in the country, leading him to open his own brokerage in 2014. Mark is a master of the systems and processes needed to create a more predictable business. As a result, his team will close over 300 transactions this year and grow even further from there. What separates Mark from so many other high flyers is his commitment to his family and making sure that his business never takes over his role as husband and daddy.
Owen has been a REALTOR in East Tennessee for over 10 years. Prior to real estate, Owen owned a photo lab that served the professional market. With a business background, Owen approaches real estate as a business. Owen believes that running a successful business requires executing your business plan, branding your business, and continual assessment of your results. Continuing education is one of the best ways to stay on top. Owen is president elect of the local WCR chapter and currently serves on the education committee. For fun Owen enjoys hiking in the Smoky Mountains and photography.

Margaret Labus is Managing Broker and a top producer at d'aprile properties in Lake Geneva, WI. She has been providing professional Real Estate sales and personalized service since 2004. Margaret is a national real estate coach for Jared James Enterprises, and a trusted voice and advocate for real estate through her National, State and Local REALTOR(R) associations. Margaret completed her undergraduate degree from Northwestern University and a marketing certificate from New York University. In 2001 she earned her MBA from William and Mary College in Williamsburg, VA. Margaret also holds a Certified Negotiation Expert designation. Margaret enjoys coaching, training, and "building a better brokerage" everyday. She has lots of hometown pride - Lake Geneva, WI is a beautiful place to boat, ski, golf, bike, swim - all of which she enjoys doing with her husband, 2 children and trusty dog, Penny.
Ryan Wall is a REALTOR®, Broker with Providence Realty in High Point NC. In 2013, he was elected the youngest president of the High Point Association of REALTORS®. He helped launch the HPRAR Young Professionals Network (the 2nd chartered YPN in NC), and in 2013, he also Chaired the NC Young Professionals Network. He was presented the REALTOR® of the Year award in 2014 for HPRAR. On top of running a successful real estate business, Ryan is in charge of training his company’s new agents. Ryan is blessed with a beautiful wife Melissa, and has two boys, Aaron and Asa.
Sandy Bradley, an award-winning educator, published researcher, turned her energies to help people with their real estate needs. She is an alumna of Salisbury University and Wilmington University, with masters in Counseling. The world of real estate has always been an interest and has become her newest field of expertise. She is the Education Chairperson for her local board of Realtors and Mentors new agents in her office. Sandy has lived on Maryland’s Eastern Shore for nearly 25 years. She and her husband Todd have two daughters. Always the professional with integrity that is above reproach, Sandy has joined Long and Foster in the Easton and Kent Island Offices. She is a member of the Mid-Shore Board of REALTORS, Maryland Association of Realtors, and the National Associations of Realtors. Excellence, honesty, hard work, joy, and love of service are the trademark of her professionalism.
Carolyn Campbell began her career in 1979 in Florida representing several new home developments with sales and re-sales. She moved to Montana in 1998 and implemented a national marketing campaign for a 5900-acre ranch development resulting in sales well beyond projected expectations and earning her top awards in marketing for the region, and top 5 in the nation from the National Association of Home Builders. Campbell obtained her California broker’s license after relocating to Southern California in 2011. She also has continued to maintain her broker’s license in Montana, where she specializes in ranch properties and vacation homes. Campbell is dedicated to providing her students and clients with strategic guidance, individualized marketing programs and excellent customer service.
PACO (FRANK) LICEA
Paco is a broker and team leader of RX Real Estate in Riverside, CA. He's known by the majority of Riverside as Paco the Realtor. President of IVAR by his colleagues in the industry. When he's not getting people in their dream homes, he's cycling Mt. Rubidoux or hiking with his family. Currently, he is a member of the Riverside County DA fraud task force and a board member of the Riverside Library Foundation.
Alex brings with him over 15 years of professional service experience into the Delphi Realty Group. Alex received his CPA license in 2003 and his real estate broker's license in 2005. Alex established Delphi Realty Group in 2005, and he has helped hundreds of home owners nationwide prevent their homes from going into foreclosure. Alex has been an integral part of many business opportunities and commercial real estate transactions since 2005.
Ronnie is currently a real estate team leader at Century 21 in Florida. His business expertise and knowledge spans more than 30 years. He has a unique background, including real estate broker, mortgage professional, title officer, property management, and certified life coach. He has also been the guest speaker on radio investment shows and seminars. All this comes together with the ability to share his wealth of experience with his agents and students alike.
Rick's background includes real estate brokerage and real estate investments. He has served on his local Agent Leadership Council, is a member of the Chamber of Commerce, sits on the Grievance and Dispute Resolution Board for his Association of Realtors, as well as the Economic Development Commission for his local area. He has also owned a commercial, residential and vacation real estate office since 2002. His skills, knowledge and enthusiasm make him an excellent coach and we're proud to have him on our team.
Kelly has been part of the Jared James Coaching Program for many years, first as a student and then as a coach. Her vast knowledge, experience, and expertise in Real Estate come from having worked in this business for over 14 years. Her negotiating skills, unique social media and online marketing plans, and extraordinary customer service sets her apart from other agents in the business. Kelly is the Team Leader of the Weber Group in New Jersey. Her team has grown exponentially to include two buyers' agents, an administrative assistant, and a wide variety of social media and website marketing professionals. Her business is built on a strong foundation of experience, ethics and ultimate customer service. Kelly loves teaching and working with her team on different ways to grow their business, how to sell in today's market and how to create and sustain a profitable and predictable business. Real Estate is truly her passion and when you love what you do, you don't work a day in your life.
Susan started her real estate career in Clifton, NJ in 1979. Since that time she has been a salesperson, broker, broker in charge, and trainer for numerous real estate companies both in New York and Myrtle Beach, SC. Susan was awarded the Realtor Image Award from her local association of Realtors in 2015. She is a member of the Coastal Carolina's Associated of Realtors - Professional Education Committee, South Carolina Association of Realtors, and the National Association of Realtors. Susan is currently a Broker/Trainer at Exit Coastal Real Estate Pros in Myrtle Beach, SC. She has been married to her husband, Joe, since 1974 and are expecting their first grandchild in August 2018.
Joseph got an early start in the real estate industry purchasing his first investment property at 23 years old. He quickly flipped that property which led to obtaining his sales license shortly after. He was a consistent multi-million dollar producer for more than 10 years when he formed a small team primarily working inbound internet leads. He accepted a position as Branch Manager for The Agency Texas in San Antonio. As Branch Manager he works daily to support top producers in an industry leading office built around client satisfaction, advanced technology and agent results. When it comes to buying or selling a home, he believes strongly in fully understanding a clients' needs and goals to help achieve a positive outcome. The importance of meeting clients needs while securing maximum equity is always a priority and top of mind. When not at the office or working with his agents, he enjoys nothing more than spending time with his wife Kaye and their two young children, along with their dog Zeppelin.
