Meet Our Staff
DONNA - DIRECTOR OF COACHING
Donna received her real estate license in 1983 and went on to start her career at Century 21. 15 years later, she decided it was time for a change and moved to a Real Estate Investment Trust as a Portfolio Manager, managing properties throughout the United States with a combined property value of more than a billion dollars. In 2001, she was recruited to RE/MAX and in 2007 became an owner of the firm. Amongst her many talents, Donna found a passion in coaching real estate agents, and went on to become a Certified Professional Business Coach. After coaching for nearly 15 years, we were lucky enough to add her as a valuable asset to the JJE team!
ANTHONY - MARKETING DIRECTOR
Coming from a consumer packaged goods and spirits industry (yes, he drank on the job but called it research), Anthony is our innovative Marketing Director. He worked on brands such as Bacardi, Bombay Sapphire, Dewar’s, Nestle Waters, Nestea, Campbell’s Soup and many others as an account manager. His self taught Photoshop skills come in handy here and there but mostly knows how to think like most don’t.
Anthony is a graduate of Southern CT State University where he met his lovely wife and his golf buddies. Not only does he golf but he is the “King of Hobbies” like Crossfit, Softball, Snowboarding, Poker, Running (mostly after his crazy and wild Vizsla Brooklyn), Disc Golf, you name it, he’s probably tried it. Anthony is passionate about everything he does and offers our clients an unstoppable work ethic that makes things happen and look good.
MICHELLE - MARKETING ASSISTANT
Michelle graduated from Elon University in North Carolina with her degree in history! She previously worked for the Lupus Foundation of America and most recently for SoundRUNNER- a specialty running store. Her background reflects a great part of who she is in that all of her work has great passion and drive behind it. Michelle also possesses unique skills like knowing how to drive a tractor, making a mean tiramisu, and creating YouTube worthy Dubsmash performances.
ALICIA - MARKETING ASSISTANT
As a recent graduate from Endicott College, Alicia holds rank as JJE’s youngest employee. She gained her degree in business marketing with a minor in events management. She brings a lot to the table here at JJE including creativity, optimism, spontaneity, and her second most important role as the office DJ. She also has bragging rights to being one of the company’s first interns. We wouldn’t label her as a foodie, but she enjoys brunch and a great pizza just as much as your average Joe. Outside of the office, Alicia spends her time working on her fitness and planning her next outdoor adventure.
LAUREN- EXECUTIVE ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Lauren is our most recent employee joining us at JJE. She handles Jared's calendar regarding all events, calls, and meetings. Lauren is also avid on claiming Muffin Monday as her personal Monday Motivation for the office, which everyone deeply appreciates. While she is proud to be Jared's Executive Assistant, she is most proud to be Aiden's (her adorable 3 year old son) Mom. You would never catch her without a coffee in hand or a smile on her face.
MARIE - ACCOUNTS & BILLING, VIRTUAL COACHING DIRECTOR
Marie has followed in her entrepreneurial grandfather’s footsteps starting at age 6 when she began selling vegetable and flower seeds to her neighbors. Having started several businesses since, in 1991 a passion for the real estate industry was ignited in her soul that still burns to this day. Her favorite days are when she has the privilege of assisting the JJE coaching students understand how to make the most of the program elements in their real estate businesses. While Director of Student Relations is her official title, she’s always willing to share ideas, lend an empathetic ear and enthusiastically help clients explore how the marketing and coaching programs can best benefit them.
